Montecito Peptides is a brand operated by MMC Group LLC, a California limited liability company. All products sold by Montecito Peptides are offered FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO). Products sold through the Services:

  • Are not drugs, supplements, food products, cosmetics, or medical devices
  • Have not been evaluated by the S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
  • Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition

By purchasing any product from the Company, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes by qualified individuals or entities.

5. Product Information and Limitations

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images, all information is provided “as is” and may be subject to change without notice. The Company does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

6. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing or typographical errors

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Products are shipped within the United States only. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

8. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are generally final. Refunds or replacements may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided notice is given within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

The Company reserves the right to require return authorization and proof of condition prior to issuing any refund or replacement.
